The aspirators are extremely easy to use, they improve the efficiency of the operating theatre and reduce its turnaround time, thereby enabling a more extensive scheduling of surgeries, increasing personnel productivity and enabling public and private hospital greater profitability.

Our aspirators allow use in more than one speciality, (Urology O.R., Orthopaedics O.R., Intensive Care, Inpatient Wards, Dialysis). They have a small footprint and offer uninterrupted continuity of operation thanks to the large tank capacity (60/65 L); they also protect healthcare personnel, reduce running costs and optimise operational performance.

To obtain the best performance, different types of kits have been produced, each designed for the specific application.

Aspirators in endoscopic procedures, given the large capacity of the tank (60/65 L), allow the surgeon to have operation continuity, to concentrate on the procedure, working without interruptions (e.g. no STOP, for the replacement of ‘Canisters’ ) and in complete safety (closed-circuit system)

IN CAS. was founded in 1997 in Verona; in 2000 – IN.CAS. – expands its business in the field of digestive endoscopy and provides and develops a highly specialized Maintenance and Repair service.
In 2003 – IN.CAS obtains the first UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 quality certification which will always be updated in the following years. Today the company is certified UNI EN ISO 13485: 2016.
In 2011 – IN CAS. becomes a manufacturer of medical equipment for operating rooms and other hospital departments thanks to an innovative device, a Closed Circuit Aspirator for biological liquids (CCA) named S.HO.W. whose acronym stands for Safety / Hospital / Work.
In 2018 the company reaches a further milestone in terms of innovation by producing “SUPER S.HO.W.” a new aspirator equipped with an external antiviral and antimicrobial protection with silver ions capable of drastically reducing “Cross-Contamination”.
In 2022 – IN.CAS. produces S.P.R.I.Z., the exclusive closed-circuit aspirator with technology 4.0. The newly arrived medical device, whose acronym stands for safety – prevention – risk- infections-zero, was created to offer the healthcare market a state-of -the-art aspirator in terms of technical features, functionality and safety.
