In 2011 – IN CAS. becomes a manufacturer of medical equipment for operating rooms and other hospital departments thanks to an innovative device, a Closed Circuit Aspirator for biological liquids (CCA) named S.HO.W. whose acronym stands for Safety / Hospital / Work.
In 2018 the company reaches a further milestone in terms of innovation by producing “SUPER S.HO.W.” a new aspirator equipped with an external antiviral and antimicrobial protection with silver ions capable of drastically reducing “Cross-Contamination”.
In 2022 – IN.CAS. produces S.P.R.I.Z., the exclusive closed-circuit aspirator with technology 4.0. The newly arrived medical device, whose acronym stands for safety – prevention – risk- infections-zero, was created to offer the healthcare market a state-of -the-art aspirator in terms of technical features, functionality and safety.
Today IN.CAS. is more than ever a leader in innovation for the management of hospital liquid waste.
IN CAS. S.r.l. aims to constantly satisfy customer needs by providing cutting-edge products. For the company, the Quality System is the tool by which it can constantly verify the technological improvements and the quality of its products.
Safety and prevention are two fundamental concepts that fully identify our company policy aimed at designing and manufacturing products, such as our closed circuit aspirators which, thanks to advanced and exclusive technologies, guarantee healthcare personnel the maximum level of safety and reliability.
Customer care is aimed at guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction and offering exclusive products as well as long-lasting after-sales service and consultancy.
Our closed-circuit aspirators enable reduced medical waste disposal costs, the purchase of disposable containers for biological fluids and the risks related to direct and indirect handling.
The aspirators are extremely easy to use, they improve the efficiency of the operating theatre and reduce its turnaround time, thereby enabling a more extensive scheduling of surgeries, increasing personnel productivity and enabling public and private hospital greater profitability.
With our aspirators, the handling of biological fluids is no longer a hazardous activity for the hospital facility since there is no longer a need for disposable containers filled with high biohazard liquids or the transport of surgical fluid collection bags.
The hospital facility no longer needs to sustain the expensive costs for the disposal of special waste and environmental damage will thereby be significantly reduced.
Our aspirators allow use in more than one speciality, (Urology O.R., Orthopaedics O.R., Intensive Care, Inpatient Wards, Dialysis). They have a small footprint and offer uninterrupted continuity of operation thanks to the large tank capacity (60/65 L); they also protect healthcare personnel, reduce running costs and optimise operational performance.

Aspirators in endoscopic procedures, given the large capacity of the tank (60/65 L), allow the surgeon to have operation continuity, to concentrate on the procedure, working without interruptions (e.g. no STOP, for the replacement of ‘Canisters’ ) and in complete safety (closed-circuit system)
Our systems protect and safeguard personnel and the environment against risks related to the disposal of liquid waste. Healthcare personnel avoid handling containers full of fluids: save time, eliminate the possibility of accidents and exposure to biological agents.
The aspirators prevent liquids from falling onto the floor – therefore, all operators present in the area are not exposed to any biological hazards.
At the end of the surgical procedure, the operating theatre floor will be dry, therefore, only a few minutes are required for operating theatre turnaround.
Less cleaning time means more time to dedicate to the preparation and care of the patient during the surgical procedure.
